Classes are held in our lighting showroom.

Why is it important to use a flash? This class will demonstrate the benefit of using your pop up flash as a fill light, and discuss when it is time to use a speedlite for illumination, decreasing shadows, and producing a more pleasant photograph.

Exploring Portraits-Beyond On Camera Flash

This class is a hands-on class for photographers ready to take the next step, and explore studio strobe lighting.  High key and low key lighting techniques will be discussed and demonstrated. The use of various light modifying tools will be available for your use.  Bring your camera, and a model if you like.  You will be learning lighting techniques as you photograph. 

The class is limited to 10 people, RSVP to reserve a spot.  The fee is $30.

Join us for a morning at the Botanical Gardens. Nikon will supply cameras and lenses for your use. $30 fee covers admission to the botanical garden, and equipment rental

 

Saturday April 24th Victor Ha from Nik Software will be in our store to teach two class sessions. He will cover Dfine2.0, Viveza2.0, Color Efex pro3.o, Silver Efex Pro, and Sharpener Pro 3.0 Classes will be from 11-12am and 2-3pm
