Photomark Rental Policy
Reservations
We recommend that the equipment to be rented, be reserved ahead of time, for the time needed. Weekends tend to be the busiest, by nature. If you have a specific item you will need for a specific date, we recommend calling ahead early to insure your rental item will be available for the desired date.
All equipment is rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rates
All charges are based on the daily rental rate shown in this price guide. The weekly rate is three (3) times the daily rate and is counted as seven days from time of rental. The weekend rate is one and a half (1 & 1/2) times the daily rate and is counted from Friday to Monday. Rental periods start at the time of the rental and last for 24 hours after time of pick-up. Returns after 24 hours are subject to an additional day's charge.
Deposits
We require a deposit for one-third (1/3) the cost of the items rented. Cash or Charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) will be accepted. A valid drivers license is also required. A Photomark charge account that is current and in good standing, will cover the above rental deposit only up to your credit limit. The renter will be responsible to cover any difference in deposit prior to rental.
Insurance
Renters or their agents are fully responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession. Any loss of equipment, cost of repairs, lost income due to damage incurred must be borne by the renter. Proof of adequate coverage for the full replacement value of the equipment may be required prior to rental.
Cancellations
Please call us if you need to cancel a reservation. Rentals are subject to a fee if canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
Out of Town Rentals
We are happy to ship rentals to out of town locations to customers that have established accounts with Photomark. The renter will assume any risk associated with the process of shipping including loss of equipment, damage of equipment or delays caused by the shipping company and pay for shipping both ways.
Renting Company's Responsibility and Liability
We are not responsible or liable for any losses incurred due to any failure of the rented equipment or any consequential losses, based on the rental transaction. All rates are subject to change without notice. All rentals are subject to availability of the equipment.
Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of rental pickup. Any extension on the rental period must be paid for at the beginning of or prior to the extension.
